So true...

I was browsing Twitter today, and came across some inspiration from Doreen Virtue that I want to pass on...

We are often kind and offer positive words to others, but when was the last time you looked in the mirror and spoke kind words to yourself? Create a habit of telling yourself, "I love you", every morning as you're getting ready for the day.
Not too long ago a friend and I were shopping for bras, and she found a real pretty light teal push-up bra.
“Ok, now it’s time to find a matching pantie to go with it,” she said.
Matching pantie?
Up until that day I considered underwear to be just something women wore - a basic necessity in life. That’s it. No more, no less. Women are nurturers by nature who want to take care of everybody. We're mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, teachers, and more. We like to see other people happy.
However, all the nurturing we do can sometimes take a toll on our body and our mind. This can happen when we feel that our love and care is being taken for granted...which can cause feelings of resentment.
That's how I was feeling this past weekend. And when I start to feel my energy reaching a low point, I sometimes go to BlogTalkRadio to find something inspiring to listen to.
As I browsed BlogTalkRadio, I came across this show titled Empowered Women: Wake Up To Your Authentic Life. The show is just a little over an hour, but I came away feeling very inspired and energized! I highly recommend listening to the show if you're feeling a little down and out...
Have you woken up to your authentic life yet?
