What is true beauty? Well, Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher are on a mission to teach people that true beauty isn't all about good looks. The two celebrities have teamed up to produce a new reality TV show called True Beauty.
Contestants of True Beauty think they're being evaluated on their looks, but little do they know that the judges are looking at their personality as well.

Women are nurturers by nature who want to take care of everybody. We're mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, teachers, and more. We like to see other people happy.
However, all the nurturing we do can sometimes take a toll on our body and our mind. This can happen when we feel that our love and care is being taken for granted...which can cause feelings of resentment.
That's how I was feeling this past weekend. And when I start to feel my energy reaching a low point, I sometimes go to BlogTalkRadio to find something inspiring to listen to.
As I browsed BlogTalkRadio, I came across this show titled Empowered Women: Wake Up To Your Authentic Life. The show is just a little over an hour, but I came away feeling very inspired and energized! I highly recommend listening to the show if you're feeling a little down and out...
After months of churning this idea around in my head, I decided it was time to take action and make it a reality!
This blog is a spin-off of my popular blog, Beauty Is Within, which is a beauty and fashion blog. Although that blog does have articles that help girls and women discover their inner beauty, I wanted a blog that is solely dedicated to providing inspiring articles that empower women and help them realize their true potential...to let them know that they are indeed beautiful...and that they don't have to bring other women down or fill their closets with designer clothing just to feel powerful. However, that's not to say that having designer clothing is a bad thing! It's just that you don't need it be beautiful.
