When we think of inner beauty, we think of self esteem, self confidence, and all the intangible characteristics that make us who we are. However, I believe that having good physical health is part of establishing your inner beauty as well. When you are healthy, you have more energy. You feel alive and there’s more pep in your step. Healthy people are generally happier people overall.
Thank God I’ve never had any major health issues. I’ve always been very active, playing sports as a kid and maintaining an active lifestyle as an adult. I can probably attribute my good health to exercise and eating healthy foods.
