Is it right to criticize someone else's sense of fashion or beauty?
This is the question that came to mind as I saw this picture of Kelly Osbourne taken at Art of Elysium's 5th Annual Heaven Gala in Los Angeles. Obviously Kelly thought she looked great when she decided to put on this dress and dye her hair grey. Or perhaps she was influenced by someone who encouraged her to try out this look.
